Black Salt and Elemi

Draw bath with hot water. Pour in half a jar of Black Salt with Elemi and mix around with your hand. Step into bath and take a few deep breaths. The next 20 minutes is there for you to relax and sweat! Before draining the bath exfoliate your body with gloves or any form of scrubber, staying away from your face. Feel free to use a soap or oil along with it. Drain bath and rinse 1 minute in warm water, followed by 1 minute in cold water for up to 7 rounds. Get all parts of your body in the shower water including top of head, under armpits, etc.
